Select PDF files at the top of the page. You can add one or multiple files at the same time. After uploading, the PDF pages will appear as thumbnails. Change the order of the pages: drag and drop the thumbnails to arrange them in the desired order. If you have added multiple PDF files, their pages can also be combined into a single document. Rotate pages using the ↻ button below the desired page. Delete unwanted pages by clicking the ✕ button. When you have finished preparing the pages, click "Open in Editor". The created PDF will open in the built-in editor, where you can continue working with the document and perform the necessary edits. When you have finished editing, save the completed PDF file to your device.
No, your files are processed directly in your browser and are not sent to the server. Once the tab is closed, the data will be gone.
There is no strict limit, but processing takes place on your device, so files with hundreds of pages or hundreds of megabytes may run slowly.
1. In the editor toolbar, click "Open" and select a PDF from your device. 2. Select the desired tool from the toolbar: "Text", "Drawing", "Image", or "Signature". If the window is narrow, some buttons are available in the ">>" menu on the right. 3. Click the desired location on the page: for text - type directly on the page; for an image - select a file from your device; for a drawing or signature - draw with your mouse or finger. 4. To move or resize an added object, drag it or pull one of the corners of its frame. You can change the color and size in the options panel. 5. Click "Save" (the downward arrow icon) in the editor toolbar. The edited file will be downloaded to your device.
This is done using the block above the editor. Click "Choose files" and select one or more PDFs (hold Ctrl or Shift to select multiple files). You can also add files one at a time. Thumbnails of all pages will appear below the file selection field. Here you can: ⟳ rotate a page by 90°; ✕ remove a page from the result (the original file remains unchanged); drag a thumbnail to another position to change the order of the pages. There are two options: "Download PDF" saves the final file (merged, with the new page order and rotations, and with deleted pages removed). "Open in editor" loads the result into the editor below, where you can add text, images, or a signature.
Upload the file to the top section, remove (✕) the pages you don't need, and click "Download PDF". Only the remaining pages will be included. To get another part, repeat the process with a different set of pages.
No. To add text, images, drawings, or a signature, you only need the editor itself: open the file and save the result using its "Save" button.
The "Download PDF" button in the top section only saves page changes (reordering, rotation, and deletion). Text, image, drawing, and signature edits are saved using the "Save" button in the editor toolbar. The order is: first arrange the pages, then click "Open in editor", make your edits, and finally save the result in the editor.
It cannot be edited directly. The editor adds new text on top of the page. To replace a word, cover the old one, for example with a white rectangle, and type the new text on top.
No. The old text remains in the file underneath the top layer, and it can still be selected and copied. If you need to hide confidential information (such as a passport number, phone number, or account numbers), do not rely on covering it with a rectangle.
Online PDF file editor — the name of the tool speaks for itself, as it is designed specifically to edit .pdf files directly in your browser without the need to install any additional software.
It supports several of the most essential operations: deleting unwanted pages from a file, merging multiple PDF files, rotating pages in 90° increments, adding text, rearranging pages, splitting a PDF into separate parts, and more.
The main advantage of an online editor is that it does not need to be installed, which means our service has no access to the contents of your files, as everything is processed directly in your browser.
